Painter – Interior & Exterior Maintenance

About the role

The Painter is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual appearance of the property, both inside and out. This role ensures that all painted surfaces meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetics for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to achieve a smooth finish.
• Mix and match paints to meet color specifications and consistency standards.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Protect furniture, fixtures, and other items from paint splatter or damage during work.
• Inspect completed work, perform touch‑ups, and ensure a flawless finish.
• Maintain an organized inventory of paints, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize painting projects.
• Follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and manage proper disposal of materials.
