Part‑time School Nurse (Start Aug 2026)

About the role

The school is seeking a qualified nurse to work part‑time on the campus, providing health care and wellbeing support to students and staff. The role starts in August 2026 and runs Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am‑12:30 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid treatment and manage minor injuries or illnesses during school hours.
• Maintain accurate health records and medication logs for all students.
• Administer prescribed medication and monitor health conditions as required.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations and health‑education sessions.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers and external health providers in case of emergencies.
• Ensure the school environment complies with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Licensed by the Ministry of Public Health (MPH) to practice nursing in Qatar.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Degree and transcripts attested by a notary public, the Qatari Embassy and the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced safeguarding checks and provide an International Child Protection Certificate or equivalent, police clearance, birth and marriage certificates.
