Pattern Maker / Styler – Textile Manufacturing

About the role

The Pattern Maker / Styler will develop accurate production patterns for military and tactical apparel, uniforms and technical textiles. Working closely with designers and production teams, you will translate design concepts into feasible, high‑quality patterns that meet fit and manufacturing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create patterns from design sketches, technical drawings and measurement charts.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure patterns align with product specifications.
• Prepare grading and size specifications for production runs.
• Adjust and refine patterns based on sample fittings, prototype reviews and production feedback.
• Ensure patterns are technically feasible and comply with manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain organized pattern documentation, technical files and measurement records.
• Support sample and prototype development to verify fit and functionality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Pattern Making or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on pattern making experience in textile, garment or uniform manufacturing, including woven and knit garments.
• Proven ability to work with industrial‑grade patterns and to meet quality standards.
