Pest Control Supervisor

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead integrated pest management operations across its facilities. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure safe pesticide use, and maintain compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pest control teams and schedule inspections and treatments.
• Plan and execute integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure safe chemical application.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and regulatory reports.
• Train technicians on safe working practices and chemical handling.
• Communicate with clients regarding pest control activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest control operations.
• Proven supervisory experience within pest management.
• Strong knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) principles.
• Good understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Relevant pest control certification or licence preferred.
• Health & safety certification and a Qatar driving licence are advantageous.
