Pharmacy Systems Manager & Rollout Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Systems Manager & Rollout Lead to drive the nationwide implementation of the QPTTS and EPN platforms across Qatar. The role will oversee deployment in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, ensuring seamless integration, stakeholder coordination and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end rollout of QPTTS & EPN platforms across the country.
• Manage implementation activities across hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and operational readiness.
• Monitor system integration, testing and issue resolution processes.
• Ensure project timelines, compliance standards and rollout objectives are met.
• Provide implementation support, training coordination and post‑go‑live assistance.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in healthcare systems implementation and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, IT, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale pharmacy or healthcare system rollouts.
• Experience coordinating with hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, preferably in GCC/Qatar.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Immediate availability preferred.
