Physiotherapist / Advisor – Spa Team

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Physiotherapist/Advisor to join our growing spa team. The successful candidate will combine clinical expertise with strong customer‑focused communication to deliver tailored body treatments and drive client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and design personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Perform physiotherapy and body‑treatment procedures following company protocols and hygiene standards.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets by recommending suitable products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Follow up with clients to support treatment continuity and retention.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximise overall results.
• Support promotional campaigns and product recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in physiotherapy, wellness, or spa environments.
• Fluent Arabic speaker; English proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑oriented attitude.
