Preventative/Community Medicine Specialist

About the role

SEED is seeking a full‑time Preventative/Community Medicine Specialist to join its on‑site team in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered preventive care, conducting community health assessments, and designing longevity programs for diverse populations.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with patients and families, perform routine examinations, and develop chronic disease prevention plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and participate in health‑education workshops, outreach activities, and community wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to clinical documentation, quality‑improvement projects, and evidence‑based protocol development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in Qatar.
• Strong foundation in Medicine and Family Medicine, with experience in preventive and community‑based care.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity for a multicultural environment.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
