Process Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a fresh‑graduate Process Engineer to join our Doha team. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers on innovative engineering and technology projects, gaining hands‑on experience in process design and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in process design and perform engineering calculations.
• Support the creation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Participate in process simulation and technology evaluation activities.
• Contribute to research and development projects focused on new and sustainable technologies.
• Support HAZOP studies and other process safety initiatives.
• Prepare engineering reports and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong academic background with solid analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for innovation, technology development and continuous learning.
