Procurement Officer – Temporary (3‑Month Contract)

About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer on a three‑month fixed‑term contract to support our procurement operations for MEP, Civil and FM projects. The role will start immediately and will be based onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs and source suitable suppliers.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate supplier activities.
- Evaluate commercial offers, perform cost analysis and negotiate terms.
- Oversee the PR/PO process and ensure compliance with contracts and AMC agreements.
- Utilise ERP/SAP systems for procurement transactions.
- Develop market sourcing strategies and expand the supplier base.
- Interpret BOQ and technical specifications for material and service procurement.
- Handle urgent procurement requests and resolve related issues promptly.
Required profile
- Experience in procurement for MEP, Civil or FM projects.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
