Project Advisor

About the role

The Project Advisor will strengthen the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) by designing and implementing integrated reporting systems, dashboards, and data‑driven performance frameworks. This role ensures programmes and projects align with organisational objectives while embedding international best practices in governance, monitoring, and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise reporting systems for programmes and assets.
• Coordinate the creation of dashboard solutions based on the organisation’s data‑warehouse.
• Align external reports to guarantee consistency and data quality.
• Collaborate with the technical office manager to meet regular and ad‑hoc reporting needs.
• Build internal capacity in reporting, dashboard development, data analytics and management.
• Provide advisory feedback on programme and operational performance.
• Develop and implement project management frameworks, policies and best practices in line with international standards.
• Support governance structures for high‑value and high‑risk engagements.
• Create and maintain planning tools for resource tracking, forecasting, dependencies and milestones.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to track scope, cost, schedule, quality and milestones.
• Facilitate assurance boards, project reviews and transparent reporting.
• Ensure quality control of project documents, evaluation reports and management products.
• Drive knowledge‑management initiatives and deliver training, mentoring and internal consulting.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field from a recognised university.
• Chartered status or equivalent professional qualification (if applicable).
