Project Manager - Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and banking transformation initiatives in Doha. The role covers end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects across front, middle, and back‑office systems within the banking domain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvement solutions.
• Lead delivery of AWM and banking IT projects, coordinating with business, operations, IT, and vendors.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and prepare BRD, FRD, and business impact analyses.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of IT Project Management experience in the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in Asset & Wealth Management or Capital Markets.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
