Project Manager – Development & Expansion

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of physical expansion projects across our group. You will be responsible for new builds, international openings, franchise fit‑outs and estate projects, ensuring each site is fully commissioned, brand‑compliant and ready for operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to handover for corporate new builds, international openings and franchise fit‑outs.
• Oversee contractor selection, stakeholder coordination and on‑site construction activities.
• Control project budgets, schedules and cost‑saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality standards, conduct brand‑standard audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as on‑time delivery, budget adherence, permit approvals and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in retail, hospitality, F&B or multi‑site development.
• Proven track record delivering international and franchise projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
