Project Manager – Electrical & Automation (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead electrical and automation projects within Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Doha. The role will oversee medium‑voltage (MV) system and solution projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple MV system, MV solution and PA SOL projects from initiation to hand‑over.
• Prepare OGT and NX‑Tools+ documentation and coordinate factory transfers.
• Develop detailed project plans, contract structures, work‑package schedules and resource allocations.
• Set up efficient workflows for project controlling, reporting and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate deviations, assess risks and activate escalation procedures when needed.
• Communicate project status regularly to customers, management and stakeholders.
• Explore additional business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle proposal, contract management and change negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex electrical or automation projects, preferably in the power distribution or building infrastructure sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor plan fulfilment and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
