Project Manager (IT/Software)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large‑scale IT and software projects in Doha. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution, guaranteeing quality standards for all deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and facilitate clear communication among all parties.
• Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, methodologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing medium to large‑scale IT or software projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
• Current residence in Qatar.
