Project Manager – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Client Representative to join a leading design and project consultancy for an ultra‑high‑end residential development in the Middle East. The role is site‑based, working directly with the client team during the delivery stage of a large private residence.

Key responsibilities

• Review consultant submissions, drawings, reports and presentation materials before client review.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Manage meeting minutes, trackers, action points and project reporting.
• Identify coordination issues, missing information and design discrepancies.
• Support project quality review across multidisciplinary packages.
• Assist with executive updates, presentations and progress reporting.
• Work closely with site and consultant teams throughout the delivery stage.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in project coordination, design management or client representation.
• Proven experience on luxury residential, hospitality or other high‑end projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and delivery processes.
• Excellent organisation, communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working in a site office environment on a major live project.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (for checking drawings).
• Adobe InDesign.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with project management systems (advantageous).
