Project Manager – MRO

About the role

The Project Manager – MRO will lead the identification and implementation of functional improvements across Technical Business Systems within the MRO Technical Division. You will coordinate strategic product lifecycle initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Align project initiatives with department strategy, proposing innovative products and services for complex fleet operations.
• Prioritise and execute work programmes based on compliance, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery and continuous enhancement of the Technical MRO system.
• Lead process‑engineering projects from ideation through KPI‑based execution.
• Collaborate with line management and stakeholders to redesign processes, develop support tools, and provide implementation support.
• Introduce new MRO technologies to improve turnaround time, cost‑effectiveness, and alignment with business strategy.
• Oversee functional improvements, automation initiatives, and re‑engineering of business processes across departments.
• Serve as the single point of contact for system enhancements, dashboard creation, and functional support frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical MRO systems and functional enhancements.
• Ability to lead diverse teams of domain specialists and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of process engineering, compliance, and cost‑optimization in a maintenance environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MRO Technical Business Systems and related OEM/M&E platforms.
