Project Planning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Engineer (IMS Specialist) to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) across workshop and engineering services. The role ensures ISO compliance, supports audit activities, and drives process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve IMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 29001.
• Develop, review and control policies, procedures, processes and technical specifications.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensure audit readiness and timely closure of findings.
• Track IMS action plans, manage corrective actions and document outcomes.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and process optimisation programmes.
• Maintain KPI dashboards, analyse data and report performance trends to the QHSE Manager.
• Coordinate and lead NCR meetings, conduct root‑cause analysis and ensure timely action closure.
• Manage supplier NCRs and assist SCM teams with vendor evaluation and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in QA/QMS/IMS roles, preferably in Oil & Gas or engineering services.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 29001.
• Experience with NCR management, audits, CAPA and KPI reporting.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Quality tools: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5‑Why, FMEA, Lean concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP/QMS systems.
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and vendor development processes.
