Property Manager

About the role

As a Property Manager based in Doha, you will oversee Siemens Energy’s local real‑estate portfolio, ensuring operational stability, cost‑effective solutions and compliance with local regulations. The role combines strategic leasing, facilities lifecycle management and stakeholder‑focused financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Align mid‑ and long‑term real‑estate space requirements with internal business units.
• Negotiate and manage external rental contracts, ensuring lease terms are fulfilled.
• Maintain and update real‑estate databases, portfolio tools and legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and internal approval procedures.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans to keep technical systems operational.
• Act as primary interface for Facilities Management service providers and contractors, including claim management.
• Manage local EHS risks and implement security concepts (SiVAS) for safe operations.
• Support sustainability initiatives and quality management reviews.
• Manage tenant and landlord relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to evaluate and select outsourced vendors.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving measures through optimization levers.
• Represent the company with local authorities and coordinate communications.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, construction or a related field.
• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in real‑estate/property management.
• Proven track record in strategic leasing, portfolio oversight and compliance.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience working with facilities and lifecycle management.
