Quality & Risk Management Manager – MENA

About the role

EY is seeking a Quality & Risk Management Manager to join its MENA Tax Quality team. The role will be based in one of EY’s offices in Doha, Riyadh, Al Khobar or Jeddah and will support client teams across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate advice on procedural, policy, quality, compliance and risk‑management matters.
• Review client and engagement acceptance assessments and collaborate with service teams for approvals.
• Conduct periodic policy and guidance reviews and produce clear guidance on identified concerns.
• Create and develop processes and protocols governing quality and risk‑management activities.
• Design, curate and deliver training programmes to business units.
• Perform contract reviews from a risk identification perspective and support related negotiations.
• Lead and manage short‑ and long‑term projects on demand.
• Support change‑management initiatives and guide stakeholders through significant change.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in quality and risk‑management processes.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in quality, risk or compliance functions, preferably within tax or professional services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, legislative and internal EY requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including General Counsel and Risk Management.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex guidance and training.
• Demonstrated project‑leadership capabilities.
