Receptionist – Doha Education City

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Premier Inn team in Doha Education City. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering phone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence, email management and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery stock.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments.
• Ensure guest safety according to established guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
