Recreation Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated female professional to join our health club team as a Recreation Receptionist. In this front‑desk position you will create a warm welcome for members and guests while ensuring smooth operation of the pool, beach and other recreation facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations, payments and tracking procedures for pool, beach and recreation areas.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels, and maintain tidy locker facilities.
• Promote classes, activities and services offered within the club.
• Post charges in the micros system and follow correct accounting procedures.
• Assist fitness instructors in enforcing safety rules and regulations.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked with towels, newspapers, magazines and promotional material.
• Encourage sales through thorough product and price knowledge.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, preferably with hotel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑driven attitude.
• Positive, smiley, sporty and approachable personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Team player who respects diversity and adapts quickly.
