About the role
The Recruitment Officer supports the HR department by executing the Annual Recruitment Plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update recruitment plans and organization charts in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Maintain contractual relationships with domestic and global recruitment agencies and track recruitment requests.
- Develop and manage a CV database, prioritising self‑recruitment and using agencies only for specialised needs.
- Coordinate with department managers to verify requisitions against approved organization charts, staff plans and salary structures.
- Consolidate interview evaluations, ensure compensation aligns with company grading policies, and obtain candidate references.
- Issue monthly reports on vacancies filled, pending requests and performance against the recruitment plan.
- Support manpower planning, maintain records, and distribute information on benefits, compensation and personnel policies to new hires.
- Assist in gathering market compensation benchmarks and analyse the financial impact of recruitment decisions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, position profiling and grading systems.
- Ability to work with internal managers and external agencies to meet staffing needs.
- Excellent reporting and data‑management skills.
