About the role
The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Business Partner team at Madre, supporting a range of HR activities and helping to manage the company’s social media recruitment channels. This role offers a practical introduction to HR processes in a dynamic environment, allowing the intern to gain hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post job advertisements on all social media platforms in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on job postings.
- Organise CVs according to the required designation.
- Assist the HR Business Partner in contacting candidates via phone, in‑person, and on‑site.
- Support post‑hiring procedures and communicate updates to newly hired candidates.
- Coordinate with the Administration department when necessary to facilitate employee needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences or related fields (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and professional demeanor.
