Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead its talent acquisition efforts in Doha. The role involves strategic planning, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team to execute end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and conversion rates, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and HR stakeholders to understand workforce demands.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal recruitment standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment and onboarding experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Data analysis and interpretation to improve recruitment strategies.
