About the role
We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our sites in Doha and the wider region. The role will ensure seamless coordination of international employee processes, support mobility, and uphold compliance with global HR standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage international HR processes, including onboarding and employee mobility support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with international HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations for international staff.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist in HR reporting and workforce data management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in international or regional environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
