Reservations Supervisor

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor ensures the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes for a luxury hotel in Doha. You will act as a key point of contact for guests, handling reservation requests, changes, and cancellations while upholding the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee room block accuracy, reservation processing, and group market codes.
• Communicate company values and culture to new employees.
• Review and implement updated reservations procedures.
• Process reservation requests via phone, fax, or mail, verifying availability, rates, and policies.
• Document special requests and ensure proper billing account set‑up.
• Troubleshoot guest issues, escalating when necessary.
• Assist management with training, scheduling, counseling, and coaching staff.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, and compliance with all policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant reservations experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
