Restaurant Captain

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Restaurant Captain to lead the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for all diners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team to maintain consistent service quality.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service when needed.
• Guide guests on food and beverage selections to enhance their overall experience.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the restaurant area.
• Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and handle escalated issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold service standards.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel guidelines at all times.
• Assist with inventory, stock control, and daily operational reports as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of F&B offerings, service flow, and guest preferences.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Well‑groomed, polite, and team‑oriented.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
