Retail Manager – Fashion (Qatar)

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead the commercial performance of multiple fashion stores in Qatar, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. You will act as the bridge between back‑office functions and the store network, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and cascade brand strategy across the store network.
• Implement marketing and CX programs in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Control discounts, margins and overall profitability.
• Monitor sales, stock levels and sell‑out data, managing shortages and order adjustments.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Set sales targets for the team and manage the P&L for the brand.
• Motivate and develop Store Managers, delivering feedback and performance appraisals.
• Ensure resources are used within budget guidelines and keep senior management informed of financial status.

Required profile

• 7+ years of retail experience, including 2–3 years in multi‑store management.
• Proven track record of improving commercial performance across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L and stock forecasting.
• Leadership skills with the ability to develop Store Managers and drive a positive work environment.
