RSA Archer GRC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RSA Archer GRC Consultant to join our team in Qatar. The role involves configuring, customizing and administering RSA Archer modules to support clients’ governance, risk and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support RSA Archer production modules, including BIA, Data Classification, Incident Management, IT Audit, Vendor Risk, Policy Management, Business Continuity, Risk Assessment and IT Risk Management.
• Design workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, access controls and dashboards.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides and test cases.
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing and develop executive‑level reports and dashboards.
• Provide advisory services on ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI‑DSS and SOC frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors for integrations with IAM, CMDB, ticketing systems and other APIs.
• Deliver client training, knowledge transfer and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of GRC consulting or related experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in RSA Archer configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and information security domains.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI‑DSS or SOC.
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
