Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. You will work closely with the store manager and assistant manager to ensure the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all brand offerings for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure the store is well‑groomed, presentable, and adheres to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Arrange stock according to layout standards and manage inventory records.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash till reconciliation, and process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers).
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Monitor store security, follow loss‑prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.
