Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and support day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock layout according to standards.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Ensure security and loss‑prevention policies are followed at all times.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and customer‑focused.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the brand’s product range.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle cash responsibly.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Cash handling and transaction processing.
• Basic inventory management.
