Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand inside the store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through knowledgeable product advice and a welcoming attitude. This role involves maintaining store standards, handling transactions, and supporting promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is attractively displayed.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, and issue receipts or refunds.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to convert browsers into buyers.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the brand’s product range and ability to suggest complementary items.
• Reliability and willingness to work varied schedules, including overtime.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Basic inventory tracking and reporting.
• Understanding of visual merchandising guidelines.
