About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result‑oriented Pre‑Sales Executive with experience in the manpower/recruitment industry.
Key responsibilities
- Lead generation and client acquisition
- Proposal preparation and writing
- Coordinating with clients for business requirements
- Supporting the sales team in business development activities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Required profile
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manpower consultancy/recruitment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of proposal drafting and pre‑sales activities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
