Sales Executive – Hotel Revenue & Account Management

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive direct sales activities to maximise hotel revenue and market presence. You will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government and key business accounts while delivering the brand’s ‘Yes I Can!’ service ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned portfolio of corporate, leisure, group and MICE accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, site inspections and business presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities across key market segments and achieve sales targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell rooms, F&B, meetings and events to maximise revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide relevant feedback to the commercial team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Professional grooming and a customer‑focused attitude.
