Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Doha. The role focuses on generating new leads, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and prepare status reports.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve performance based on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, with a strong sales track record.
• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Effective prioritisation, time‑management, and organisational skills.
• Relationship‑management capability and openness to feedback.
