Security Lead – Managed Security Services (MSSP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Lead to drive the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of our Managed Security Services (MSSP) operations. You will act as the primary technical authority for cybersecurity operations, guiding analysts, engineers and incident responders while working closely with customers to strengthen their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day MSSP and SOC activities, mentor security analysts and engineers.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Direct incident response, containment, eradication and recovery, and produce root‑cause analyses.
• Oversee threat hunting, proactive detection and coordination with customers and third‑party vendors.
• Manage SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, email security and vulnerability management platforms, including use‑case development and tuning.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls and lead audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Act as the security advisor for assigned customers, delivering posture reports, briefings and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SOC or MSSP operations.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management and industry frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and manage high‑severity incidents.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and executive interactions.
