About the role

This senior security position is part of Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization, responsible for driving the security business across EMEAR. You will develop C‑level relationships, oversee security project delivery and act as the trusted security adviser for sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with C‑level and senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional sales and CX leadership to identify and pursue security opportunities.
• Attend industry forums, trade shows and events as required.
• Provide oversight and guidance to service delivery staff across the security service catalog.
• Participate in steering committees and review deliverables to ensure optimal business outcomes.
• Act as a strategist for security activities within the assigned territory and mentor junior staff.
• Represent Cisco publicly at industry events and on social media.
• Leverage Cisco partner ecosystem to enable repeatable business wins.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in information security, preferably with advisory consulting background (Big 4 experience a plus).
• Hold industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CoBIT, ISO 2700x.
• Proven ability to develop C‑level relationships and understand GRC and legal topics.
• Business degree highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
