Security Supervisor – Hotel

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the hotel security team in Doha, ensuring the safety of guests, colleagues, and property. This role is a key member of the Emergency Response Team, responding to incidents and maintaining a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Supervise and coordinate security staff on duty.
• Maintain overall safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and premises.
• Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team for fire, accidents, safety concerns, and medical assistance.
• Investigate and report violations of law or hotel policy.
• Respond to emergencies, delivering First Aid and CPR as required.
• Identify and report fire hazards and health & safety risks.
• Document and investigate accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd control.
• Perform departmental key‑control audits and maintain key records.
• Record daily actions in a computer‑based Daily Activity Report.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities.
• Follow department policies, procedures, service standards, and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
