Senior Business Analyst – AI & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in AI, machine learning and business intelligence. The role focuses on designing, deploying and integrating AI‑powered solutions, especially large language models, to enhance decision‑making and user experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models and LLM‑driven applications that address business use cases.
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLM capabilities into BI platforms to enable natural‑language querying, automated insights and conversational analytics.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualisations that support real‑time storytelling and insight delivery.
• Evaluate, fine‑tune and monitor LLM‑generated responses for accuracy, relevance and compliance.
• Ensure data governance, model explainability and ethical AI practices, including data lineage, access control and sensitivity labeling.
• Implement containerised ML workflows using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, advanced analytics or related roles.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
