Senior Estimation and Tendering Manager (Civil)

About the role

The Senior Estimation & Tendering Manager (Civil) leads all cost estimating, budgeting and tendering activities for large‑scale building projects. You will ensure accurate cost forecasts, manage multidisciplinary bid teams and support the company’s growth by securing new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, quantity take‑offs and BOQs for civil and building projects.
• Develop cost plans, budgets and pricing strategies for tender submissions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end tendering process, coordinating engineering, procurement, commercial and operations teams.
• Conduct commercial risk analysis, value‑engineering studies and contract risk reviews.
• Lead, mentor and monitor estimation engineers and tendering staff.
• Monitor market trends, support business development and maintain relationships with consultants, clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; professional cost‑management or project‑management certifications are a plus.
• 12‑15+ years of experience in estimation and tendering within the construction industry.
• Proven track record on high‑rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, mixed‑use or institutional projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
