Senior ETL Designer & Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ETL Designer & Developer to lead the design, development and support of enterprise‑scale data integration and analytics solutions. The role will focus on building scalable ETL pipelines across Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata EDW and Google Cloud Platform, primarily for telecom OSS/BSS data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Build batch and near‑real‑time data pipelines and automate them with Unix shell scripts.
• Work extensively with Teradata EDW, including CLDM, layered architecture (Staging, ODS, EDW, Data Marts) and performance optimisation.
• Develop dimensional models (star/snowflake) and optimise Teradata SQL for large transformations.
• Implement cloud data solutions on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub) and integrate on‑premise EDW with cloud services.
• Support enterprise BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik Sense and Looker, and use Denodo for data virtualization.
• Handle high‑volume telecom OSS/BSS datasets, including CDR/IPDR, billing, CRM and network performance data.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, monitor performance and ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Deep expertise in Teradata EDW, CLDM and SQL performance tuning.
• Proven experience with GCP data services.
• Solid Unix shell scripting skills.
• Background in telecom OSS/BSS data processing (preferred).
