Senior Financial Systems Analyst

About the role

The organization is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of its mission‑critical financial applications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver reliable, high‑performing solutions that support core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support business‑critical financial applications and resolve complex system issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform application testing, quality assurance, and produce technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and provide after‑hours support when required.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless application operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with financial platforms or ERP solutions.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
