Senior Full‑Stack Lead – Order Management System

About the role

ATNS is launching a high‑impact technology engagement for a government client to build a bespoke Order Management System (OMS). As a Senior Full‑Stack Lead you will drive the development, ensure architectural compliance, and oversee integration using the Boomi platform, delivering a secure and reliable logistics solution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage sprints, define goals, allocate tasks and track progress against the project roadmap.
• Ensure all development aligns with the approved system architecture and security standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality, consistency and compliance.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, addressing problems promptly to keep the project on schedule.
• Communicate status, updates and expectations to stakeholders regularly.
• Lead the application‑to‑application integration stream, designing APIs, data mappings and error‑handling using Boomi.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience leading full‑stack teams.
• Strong background in delivering complex, regulated procurement or inventory systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with cross‑functional teams.
