Senior HVAC Technician

About the role

Marriott International is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join its Westin property on Salwa Road, Doha. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and efficiency of all HVAC, air‑quality, and refrigeration systems across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature and energy usage.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters and other monitoring devices.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and complete required training.
• Provide professional guest service, communicate clearly, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid HVAC certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces, lift up to 100 lb, and perform physical tasks safely.
