Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of marketing and communications strategies for QC+ business units, with a focus on in‑house food & beverage operations, e‑commerce and retail activities. The role works closely with the QM marcomms function and cross‑functional stakeholders to maximise brand exposure locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of the QC+ marketing strategy, especially for F&B, e‑commerce and retail.
• Develop and execute cross‑channel digital marketing programmes, including SEM, SEO, social media and email marketing.
• Design and launch cross‑platform advertising and promotional campaigns aligned with public‑relations efforts.
• Assist the Head of Marketing & Communications in budgeting and financial planning.
• Analyse market trends, audience segments and competitor activity to inform communication adjustments.
• Maintain strong relationships with QM marketing, PR, IT and audience‑engagement teams.
• Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• Create and manage a comprehensive social‑media strategy and content calendar.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Senior‑level experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for market and performance analysis.
