Senior Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM) Developer

About the role

Penta Consulting is seeking a Senior Developer / SME to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM) solutions for a large telecom client in Qatar. The role focuses on building scalable, secure applications that manage the full customer lifecycle, subscription, billing, and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using PHP and the Yii2 framework.
• Build and maintain telecom CRM solutions supporting customer onboarding, account management, subscription plans, service delivery, billing, and financial operations.
• Develop modular, scalable architectures and manage full‑stack development, including frontend, backend services, and Oracle Database integration.
• Implement robust Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), secure authentication/authorization, and application security best practices.
• Provide audit logging, operational tracking, and real‑time validation for critical business functions.
• Deliver complex business workflows, process automation, grid‑based data management, data filtering, and synchronization.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise‑scale CRM applications in the telecommunications sector.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM) and telecom customer management systems.
• Proven senior‑level full‑stack development experience, especially with PHP, Yii2, and Oracle Database.
