Senior Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain applications on the TSYS Prime platform. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts, customers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TSYS Prime applications according to project specifications and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate solutions with TSYS Prime APIs, ensuring optimal performance and seamless functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, configurations, and interfaces, and resolve defects promptly.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage customer escalations.
• Document technical designs, code, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing on TSYS Prime platforms, including CMS and ICCP integrations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience guiding end‑to‑end customer projects and handling escalations.
