Senior Steward – Catering Services

About the role

The Senior Steward will lead the catering operations at multiple offshore stations (PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Al‑Rayyan, FMB). You will supervise a team of contract personnel, ensure food and beverage service meets corporate standards, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and direct staff in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain quality of food service, facilities, and general housekeeping.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities and special events with the Sr. Facility Services Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health‑safety regulations, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee contract implementation and performance of offshore catering services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in international‑standard hotels or industrial mess facilities.
• Offshore experience and HACCP certification are advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equipment, facilities, materials, methods, and procedures used in catering operations.
• Computer literate with experience in SAP preferred.
