Senior Transaction Advisory Services Consultant

About the role

The Senior Transaction Advisory Services Consultant will lead and deliver high‑quality advisory engagements across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring projects. You will manage multiple workstreams, mentor junior staff and support business development while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling for M&A, capital raising and restructuring mandates.
• Conduct and review valuations using DCF, comparable companies and asset‑based methods.
• Manage financial due diligence, including quality‑of‑earnings and working‑capital analysis.
• Support transaction structuring, including earn‑outs, convertible instruments and deal mechanics.
• Draft and review information memoranda, valuation reports and management presentations.
• Plan engagements, allocate staffing, monitor work programs and time budgets.
• Coordinate multi‑party due diligence with legal, financial and operational advisors.
• Supervise and mentor consultants and junior staff, providing feedback and performance support.
• Maintain client relationships, contribute to proposals and business‑development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and regional regulatory frameworks (QFMA, QCB, Companies Law, DFM/ADX).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment banking or Big 4 TAS.
• Professional certification preferred (CFA Level II+, CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA).
• Strong leadership, communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
