About the role
Agoda is seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Endpoint Systems Engineer to join its Bangkok team. You will be the final technical escalation point for complex, high‑impact endpoint and infrastructure issues, driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the L3 escalation point for unresolved 1st‑ and 2nd‑level support cases.
- Perform deep troubleshooting of Windows OS failures, BSODs, driver problems, and hardware issues (audio, camera, networking, storage, thermal/throttling).
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement lasting fixes, standards, or automation.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve product defects and systemic problems.
- Own critical incidents from detection through resolution and post‑incident review.
- Manage and troubleshoot devices using enterprise tools such as Intune, Configuration Manager, KACE, JAMF, and Altiris.
- Design, deploy, and maintain patching, compliance, and security baselines for Windows fleets.
- Monitor endpoint health with custom platforms, identify trends, and proactively address performance degradation.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in endpoint systems engineering and advanced troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to handle high‑impact incidents and drive root‑cause resolution.
- Strong collaboration skills with vendors and cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Experience managing large Windows device fleets in an enterprise environment.
